Submit the form of event details prior to going to Committee of the Whole.
The event must first go in front of the Committee of the Whole- (normally the third Monday of the month.)
Once the event has been through the Committee of the Whole it is then voted on at the Village Board Meeting, which takes place the last Monday of every month.
Event organizer will need to obtain the appropriate liquor license, and can be obtained at the Village of Cambridge. This license is only required if the selling of liquor will be happening during the event. Obtaining the liquor license must be done two (2) weeks prior to the event, and the cost is $20.00.
Event organizer will need to show proof of insurance listing additional coverage for the Village of Cambridge for one million dollar and must be presented to the Village of Cambridge Administrative Office prior to the start of the event.
