LEAF COLLECTION ~Pick up is Subject to Change Without Notice~
Leaves should be raked by Monday morning A few simple rules to follow: Keep piles as close to the road
 Don't place in the alleys or in the bottom of ditches Don't place in standing water or near parked vehicle No debris within the pile (rocks, sticks, and animal waste) **Sacks and boxes will not be returned** ADDITIONAL OPTIONS Mulch leaves with mower• Bag them & take them to the recycling roll off; but NOT in it Collection will always begin on the west side of the Village then move east. Have the leaf piles out by 7:00 a.m. on Monday morning of each week Thank you, have a safe raking season!
Burning 6.1.314 Ordinance No. 05-34 States Residents may only burn dried yard waste on thedesignated days are Wednesday and Saturday between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The burning of natural wood campfires shall be permitted without restriction to the designated burning days. No burning is permitted during drought conditions, on windy days or on days which have been designated as "No burn days" by the Village. Burning is prohibited on streets, alleys or sidewalks, and fires must be at least twenty-five (25) feet from any structure. Burn piles, burning barrels and campfires must be supervised at all times.
Residents will be required to extinguish fires promptly if a smoke complaint is received
